Drew has been providing exceptional real estate advice from an agency and principal perspective since commencing his career in 2006. Working as a broker for his first eight years in the industry followed by time at the Port of Vancouver and now Oxford Properties Group, Drew has gained a unique perspective from several angles of a transaction. Drew has led more than 2,600,000 SF of commercial lease and sale transactions valued at over $ 300,000,000 and participated in the development of over 1,000,000 SF of industrial property valued at over $ 250,000,000. He is currently responsible for the leasing and property operations for Oxford's industrial platform in the Greater Vancouver Area and is actively involved in uncovering and analyzing future land and building acquisition opportunities.
