Drew Finney

An Athens, GA native, Drew received his BBA in Risk Management from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He started his career in Athens as a commercial insurance transportation broker with a commercial trucking agency in 2019. In 2021, the firm wanted to expand operations and elected Drew to open and start their Charleston, SC branch. In two years’ time, Drew built the Charleston office into the firm’s top producing office. After three years in Charleston, he returned to his home state to pursue his passion in Industrial Real Estate. Through his experience in the transportation sector, he will bring value to the firm by assisting the firm’s clients in acquiring and disposing of industrial and IOS assets throughout the US. Drew works closely with Principals Jeff Henson, Stephen Pond, and Chip Sipple to maximize efficiency and results for clients. He is a licensed real estate salesperson. In his free time, Drew enjoys watching sports, working out, playing golf, and spending time with family.
