Drew Dowis

Drew Dowis started at Millennium Commercial Real Estate in June 2022 as a Vice President of Industrial Leasing. He works in Colorado Springs and is working to grow the firm’s industrial footprint in the Rocky Mountain region. He is responsible for representing investors, owners, and tenants in leasing, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and development services. Prior to joining Stream, Drew worked at NAI Highland, LLC, where he focused on the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office assets with an emphasis on value-add propositions and speculative ground-up development. He is credited with closing on a diverse group of off-market assets including 702 Clark Place, 3410 Carefree Circle, and 5010 Centennial Blvd. Drew entered commercial real estate after working as a sales associate for a venture capital oil and gas firm and a project engineer for a general contractor. In his free time, he enjoys working out, golfing, snowboarding, and traveling. traveling.
