Drew Babcock

Drew Babcock is from Columbia and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He’s been working in commercial real estate as a broker since 2005 and specializing in multi-family investments since 2009. He assisted Marcus & Millichap in opening their Columbia, South Carolina office, where he is currently the principal broker and Director in the National Multi Housing Group. In addition to his multi-family specialization, Drew also has brokered transactions in the retail, office, and industrial property types which include multi-tenant and single tenant investments. In 2013 he was promoted to Senior Associate and promoted again in 2016 to Vice President of Investments. Since opening the Columbia office, Drew has brokered over 7,200 apartment units with a total transaction volume of over $600,000,000. Drew is a CCIM designee and a member of the CCIM Institute. He also attended the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate School for Professional Development in Los Angeles in 2009 and is a member of ULI.
