Having worked with industrial users throughout my career both in sales and in an economic development capacity, I have built an essential knowledge base of the needs and expectations of industrial landlords and tenants throughout the market, as well as a strong network of business relationships. As a native of Greenville and current Cherokee County resident, I provide a unique perspective on local dynamics affecting industrial site selection and tenancy and am able to guide my clients through incentive and governmental processes.
