Having worked with industrial users throughout his career both in sales and in an economic development capacity, Drake hase built an essential knowledge base of the needs and expectations of industrial landlords and tenants throughout the market, as well as a strong network of business relationships. As a native of Greenville and current Cherokee County resident, he provides a unique perspective on local dynamics affecting industrial site selection and tenancy and am able to guide my clients through incentive and governmental processes.
