Born in Bergen County, raised in Short Hills NJ and educated in the state I am a lifelong resident of New Jersey. Although I have traveled the world and stepped foot on 4 continents I still favor the New York Metro area. I hold a degree in engineering and have worked in industry for over 20 years. I have spoken with more than 3,000 manufacturers globally and visited more than 300 single industry specific plants. My knowledge of real estate encompasses decades of exposure to commercial buildings and investment properties including businesses that are housed within them and the individuals who operate them.
