Doug, a 20 year Broadcast Executive ( Incl. coverage of multiple Olympic Games with CBC) is an entrepreneur with deep East Coast roots. He created his first Ontario development in the village of Manotick in the Rideau Forest Estates area. Well acquainted with many of greater Ottawa & Gatineau builder developers, Doug has an exceptional network of private and public sector organizations. He has a proven track record of working successfully with many of the region's municipal planning organizations. One of his greatest challenges and honors was working on the LeBreton Flatts project with the Devore Canderel DLS group. Many times you learn the most when a project does not go the way you envisioned. Ontario Power Generation remains one of Doug's most significant commercial clients currently developing a 300+ residential development with two identified buyers in an area desperate for new housing. This project and a another 250+ home commercial/ residential development in Winchester will are being brought to market for sale in 2025. Also in Doug's 2025 "For Sale" portfolio is a mid High Rise project on Parkdale Avenue near the Civic Hospital. He is the founder of a successful basketball organization assisting many young players to play at the professional level.
