As Executive Vice President in Office Brokerage, Doug provides landlord and tenant representation with a focus on serving clients as a trusted advisor, navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and bringing clarity to corporate leases. Doug has received NAIOP’s Nashville Broker of the Year Award. Previously, Doug worked for CBRE as First Vice President specializing in landlord and tenant representation for office product. Before joining CBRE, Doug owned his own real estate consulting practice where he advised corporate clients on the development, planning, entitlements, and zoning processes of their projects. He also provided services for office leasing, retail leasing and land sales. Prior experience includes working for Cushman and Wakefield’s Office Services Group in Detroit, Michigan.
