Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Doug spent over 6 years as the Senior Vice President - Real Estate Services at a local, boutique healthcare real estate firm that specializes in helping new practice owners navigate the complexities and potential pitfalls of the real estate world. During his time at his former firm Doug was instrumental in expanding the business into landlord representation, increasing the company's listing portfolio by 500%.
