Doug McAndrew
Doug McAndrew executes Concentra’s strategic field operations in the western United States, overseeing more than 250 medical centers. In this role, he optimizes and manages field operations, is responsible for profit and loss (P&L) of all sites and ensures Concentra’s strategic and financial success in our west group. After starting at Concentra in 1994 as a sales account executive, Doug quickly became known as a top performer, driving revenue and aggressively growing Concentra’s customer base. His efforts were recognized with multiple promotions, culminating in a promotion to vice president of sales. After eleven years in sales, Doug transitioned to Concentra’s operations team by leading a culture of accountability and driving results in key business units before being promoted to senior vice president of operations. Doug has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Texas State University.
