Doug Larson is a Houston native with a strong dedication for serving his clients exceedingly well. Doug is deeply connected to his home town of Houston. He graduated from The University of Houston in 1978. Having lived in Houston all his life, Doug has intimate knowledge of this region, and gives him the enthusiasm and desire to make his home, your home. Doug is a dedicated professional with over 35 years of experience negotiating real estate, construction and development contracts. He is a natural problem solver and deal maker, offering excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. Doug provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. He has a servant’s heart and works hard to live by The Golden Rule; treat others as I would like to be treated. Doug is a licensed Broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is a member of the Texas Self Storage Association (TSSA) and also a member of the Southwest Car Wash Association (SCWA) providing him with the knowledge to specialize in these competitive markets. When Doug isn’t working in real estate he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and is an avid outdoors-man.
