Doug Hesketh

Doug joined Wesleyan Bank in June 2016. He has had a career spanning over 30 years in the finance and banking industry working for businesses such as GE Capital and Citigroup, with nearly 25 years of that time in IT and business change management. Doug is a highly experienced and respected technology professional with a profound understanding of the business and its objectives and how to translate that into a practical technology change strategy. He has successfully led multiple large scale transformational programmes through his career, including major system and business process integrations following acquisitions or mergers in his previous companies.
