Doug Gates has over 20 year’s experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Born and raised in the Denver metro area, Doug has been ingrained in the local market, giving him an excellent understanding of past, current, and future market trends. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver, an MBA in Business from Regis University, and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Agent. Throughout his career, Doug has worked with clients in numerous different industries, which has given him tremendous insights into helping his clients achieve their business goals. His favorite part of commercial real estate is the ability to develop lasting relationships with his clients and to become an industry expert. With his consultative approach, Doug helps his clients and investors make smart business decisions and maximize their return on investment with the sale or purchase of their business. Doug lives in Centennial with his wife Stacy and two daughters, Delaney and Finley.
