With 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Fulton offers his clients the benefit of his extraordinary market knowledge and valuable negotiating experience. Although the Minneapolis/St. Paul market is his area of specialty, his real estate knowledge and the clients he serves extend far beyond the Twin Cities marketplace. Clients worldwide describe Mr. Fulton as an invaluable asset to their business operations. Mr. Fulton leads an occupier advisory and tenant representation team focusing primarily on serving corporate users of office and industrial space. Mr. Fulton joined Avison Young as a Principal in the Minneapolis office in September 2015. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, which in 2007 acquired Northstar Partners, a firm which Mr. Fulton was a Senior Vice President and co-founder when the firm was started in 2002. Prior to Northstar Partners, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Advisory Services for Grubb & Ellis, where he led a corporate advisory team on behalf of his team’s clients.
