ABOUT
Doug is responsible for the acquisition sourcing, investment analysis, and deal structuring activities for 37th Parallel. Since beginning his career, Doug has completed over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions, including investments in office, hospitality, retail, industrial, medical office, and multifamily properties. Prior to joining 37th Parallel, Doug worked for a multi-generational real estate private equity firm that has acquired and managed over $2 billion in real estate. Doug received a B.S. in Neuroscience from Washington & Lee University.
