Doug Deurwaarder
Doug Deurwaarder specializes in tenant representation in the downtown Portland office market. With 16 years of corporate real estate experience at Cushman & Wakefield, he combines his analytical background and corporate process knowledge to develop strategic solutions for his clients. Doug’s work benefits from his previous experience as a Business/Systems Analyst at Intel, where he performed process analysis of major corporate financial operations from cost accounting to capital asset depreciation. Doug holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) with a minor in Psychology from Oregon State University. He also received a secondary business focus certificate in International Business from Handelshøjskolen School of Business in Aarhus, Denmark. Doug has served as the President of the OSU Business Roundtable (2007), he was a member of the OSU Alumni Association Board of Directors (2013), and currently serves as a member of the OSU College of Business & Finance Advisory Board.
