Donavan Price has been a Real Estate broker for the last seven years and has been full-time in the Real Estate Industry since 2004. Donavan grew up around the Real Estate industry. His mother and grandmother were both full time Real Estate agents and Brokers, making Donavan the third-generation broker in the Industry. Donavan has a very extensive background in the business of Escrow. He is President of Palomares Escrow, Inc. Donavan is knowledgeable when it comes to real estate contracts, disclosures, accounting, negotiations and overall level-headed when it comes to running a business. Donavan prides himself on his reputation in the business. He believes in doing what is right and best for the client in each situation. Donavan and his wife, Briana Price, purchased, fixed, flipped, and currently manage several properties.
