Donald Mastroianni

Don Mastroianni is a Managing Partner at The Agency Long Island, New York and Southern Connecticut. He brings more than three decades of industry experience and a keen understanding of the regional markets to The Agency. Don is a graduate of New York University's business school and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a concentration in Finance. Mastroianni also serves as CFO and COO of The SafeGuard Group and its solely owned subsidiaries, SafeGuard Homes and SafeGuard Realty and has actively managed over 400 residential home transactions since 2017. His business experience includes serving as assistant Vice President and divisional Controller for a financial services and trading entity with assets in excess of $1 Billion. Don's philanthropic and community efforts include multiple terms as a Trustee member of the Board of Education for the Harborfields Central School District in Greenlawn, NY, serving as President and Vice President during his term. He has also served 10 years as President of his community's neighborhood association, volunteered his professional services to the Carleigh Mac Foundation, which benefits pediatric cardiology, and serving as manager, coach and administrator of youth sports for more than 12 years. Don lives in Centerport, Long Island with his beautiful wife Jiesu and their three college graduate children, daughters Sabrina & Alexandra, and their son Don.
