Prior to APG Advisors, Don served as Regional Director for Daniel Corporation’s Mid-Atlantic Division from 2003 to 2005. During 2002-2003 Don served as Senior Property Manager for New Boston Management Services, Inc. From 1995 to 2000 he was a Senior Property Manager / Broker-In-Charge at Highwoods Property, Inc. in South Carolina; he transferred to its corporate office in Raleigh from October 2000 to June 2001. Don is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with experience in all areas of property and asset management in the residential, retail and commercial office field. He is skilled in developing and managing a productive work force, has a proven track record in revitalizing unproductive operations, and in enhancing building corporate profitability. Don’s strong technical and construction background, along with his ability to budget, plan, delegate, and negotiate, helps Client identify their needs and achieve their real estate goals.
