Donald is a solutions-oriented senior project manager with fifteen years of experience in project management and strategic planning. He possesses a wealth of experience in cost-estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and organizing large, multi-functional teams. Donald is passionate about community development and the importance of creating opportunities for upward mobility. In his spare time, you can find him sipping coffee with a book related to behavioral economics or working to perfect his barbeque skills and smoke the best brisket. As the Opportunity Zone Development Manager, Donald is responsible for the CCDFI Opportunity Fund deal flow, deal and project evaluation, and construction management. Under the guidance of Yves M. Mombeleur, Chief Fund Officer, he develops cost and timeline, including land, construction, and soft costs, by working with general contractors, architects, and other consultants. Donald ensures projects remain on schedule and on budget, monitors the construction project, and works with the development team to solve issues as they arise.
