Don Zien

Don is a Shareholder and Senior Vice President of the Polacheck Company and has been with the firm for 17 years.Prior to that he was with a family heating and air conditioning contracting business for 8 years. Education: Don graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. in Economics and Communication Arts. He also has an Associate Degree in HVAC from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Local Association Participation and Civic Activities: Serves on the Forms Committee for the Association; 2002 Host representing Polacheck at the Make A Wish Foundation Fund Raiser; member of the Village of Fox Point Board of Zoning Appeals; 17 year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, 17 years with the Wisconsin Realtors Association; lifelong member of Congregation Emanuel in River Hills.
