Don Swartz

After a successful sales career at Hewlett-Packard Company, Don has joined Interstate Commercial Brokers as a dedicated Commercial Realtor. Don is enthusiastic about the opportunity to offer a full range of services with the attention to detail essential to our commercial clients. Our commercial clients will also benefit from the strong relationships Interstate Commercial Brokers has developed with bankers, engineers, architects, insurance professionals, and developers. Don has been a resident of eastern Manatee County for over six (6) years. He was a vice-president and president of his local home owners association. As chairman of the Architectural Review Board for three (3) years, Don had the unique opportunity to work directly with many of the areas most prominent builders. He was also responsible for overseeing the scope of work and performance of the community's property management, landscaping, and maintenance contractors. Don has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Widener University and a BA in Economics from West Chester University. He has solid experience with sales, marketing, contracts, finance, and property maintenance & management.
