Don Harley

In February 2014, Don joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners as a principle in the commercial real estate firm offering a combined 27 years of practice in the Commercial Real Estate business. He has earned multiple Circle of Distinction Awards from Coldwell Banker Commercial corporate – this is awarded to the top performers nationally every year. Before joining CBCSCP, Harley & Associates Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was incorporated and opened for business in 2001. From the time of its inception, through January 2015, the firm completed more than 700 commercial real estate transactions (Sales and Leases). Born in Raleigh, NC, Don received a B.A. in Business Administration and a Minor in Economics from Campbell University and practiced Commercial Real Estate in Raleigh (RTP), Richmond, Baltimore, Washington DC and of course, Wilmington. During this time, he had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in just about all facets of Commercial Real Estate, e.g., general brokerage, property management, development, leasing, site selection and marketing. He has served several boards including Realtors Commercial Alliance board of director (twice), BOD, Wilmington Downtown Inc, and BOD Cape Fear Council, Boy Scouts of America. Don lives in Mid-Town Wilmington with his wife. He enjoys golfing, boating, fishing & hunting.
