Don Golliher

Upon becoming a licensed salesperson by the state of Florida, Don joined Hayes & Associates, Inc. in 1979. He became broker in 1980 and assumed ownership in 1981. He has successfully transacted business on over 75 million square feet of land and 15 million square feet of building totaling nearly 400 deals. He is widely recognized as an expert in his industry by both his contemporaries and those in peripheral business such as property appraisers, general contractors, accountants and attorneys. Don has been a Florida resident since 1975, migrating from Indianapolis, Indiana, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Butler University. His community service has included membership in the Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts of America, Pinellas Industry Association, Committee of 100, and Bay Area Manufactures Association. Additionally, he was elected Councilman of Indian Shores.
