
Dominique C. Smith has worked in the real estate industry since 2006 and joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services Group in 2011. Ms. Smith’s responsibilities include leasing and disposing of retail space. Dominique mainly focuses on the Philadelphia markets and Southern New Jersey. Before coming to C & W, Ms. Smith worked for Concordis Real Estate a Cushman & Wakefield alliance as a retail specialist. Dominique also worked for The Leon H. Sullivan Charitable Trust where she secured major grocery tenants, and other retail for neighborhood shopping plazas. Prior to working in Commercial Real Estate, Dominique worked as a consultant on international projects as a sub-contractor to the United Nations and various Economic Development agencies, as well as a broker for JP Morgan Private Bank. Her understanding of economics and brokerage all work to her advantage in negotiating the best deals on behalf of her client. Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Temple University and received her Executive Education from Tuck Business School from Dartmouth College. Dominique received her series 7 & 63 licenses, and looks forward to completing her CCIM certification. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Since joining C&W Dominique will be working closely with John Wilson in representing landlords in the high end Walnut Street corridor in Center City Philadelphia, King of Prussia and the Cherry Hill New Jersey market.
