Dominic Morbidelli

A Bay Area native, Dominic Morbidelli joined Maven from Transwestern in 2017 where he was able to leverage is knowledge of the industry to help many local, regional, and national landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial real estate. With experience in both commercial leasing and investment sales, Dominic has the unique ability to support his clients with any decision or challenge they are facing. In addition to representing his clients in the acquisition or disposition in excess of $275M in assets, Dominic has represented nationally traded companies such as Rivian Automotive, Fisker, Coldwell Banker Residential, Sotheby's International, and Wix.com. Dom is a graduate from Holy Names University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. He currently resides in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood and immerses himself in the San Francisco scenery. He spends his spare time following San Francisco local sports teams, traveling, and exploring the world's top gluten-free restaurants.
