ABOUT

Dominic Mazzoni specializes in the sale and acquisition of single and multi-tenant retail properties in the Greater Sacramento area, as well as net leased properties nationwide. As a Sacramento native, Dominic has a tremendous amount of knowledge of the area as well as a strong sense of understanding of how the market operates. Throughout each transaction and encounter with clients, Dominic focuses on the client’s best interests and goals. He seeks to understand investors’ unique situations to ensure that every client’s individual needs are met. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Dominic obtained his Bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University, majoring in Political Science within the College of Arts and Letters. Within the first two years of the business, Dominic completed more than 20,000 outbound phone calls to owners in the Sacramento market, averaging 200 phone calls per week. By enhancing the visibility of their assets, Dominic and his team have successfully secured the most favorable prices, optimal terms, and expedited closures for their clients. Furthermore, his direct contact with landlords on a regular basis has enabled him to build strong relationships, and ultimately, understand the business from both a principal and a broker perspective.
