Dominic Jones brings nearly a decade and a half of hands-on experience in business operations, entrepreneurship, and real estate investment to his work in commercial real estate and business brokering. Originally from Paso Robles, California, and a Colorado resident for over 17 years, Dominic began investing in residential and commercial property in 2011. He has owned and operated multiple companies—including an oil and gas service business with operations across the U.S. and Canada, and a freight company—where he led teams, managed properties, and oversaw multi-million-dollar logistics operations. He also served as Marketing Director for a successful restoration firm. His career has taken him from frontline labor to executive leadership, giving him a unique perspective on what makes a business run and how to position it for sale, scale, or transition. Clients appreciate Dominic’s practical insight and his ability to navigate deals from every side—owner, investor, operator, and marketer. With experience in supply chain management, B2B sales, cashflow strategy, international negotiations, and large-scale project logistics (including the coordination of heavy equipment), he brings clarity and calm to complex, high-stakes transactions. Outside of work, he’s a husband, father of seven, basketball coach, and lifelong student of leadership and life skills.
