Under Dr. Dmitry Gordeev’s direction, Fairbridge Properties acquires, manages and sells first-class commercial real estate throughout the United States. Dmitry is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, capital transactions, operations and the performance of its portfolio and investments. With a keen eye for profitability, Dmitry has overseen Fairbridge’s growth, over a three-year period, from the ground up to holdings of over $100 million in real estate assets and approximately 800,000 square feet. Dmitry received a Ph.D. in Macroeconomics from International University in Moscow; an M.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Temple University Fox School of Business and Management; and a B.S., magna cum laude, in Management of Foreign Trade from Taurida V.I. Vernadsky National University in Simferopol, Ukraine.
