Dina Gupta

Dina Tolia Gupta joined Simone Development Companies as General Counsel in September 2016. Prior to joining Simone Development Companies, Ms. Gupta was Senior Counsel in the Real Estate Section of Holland & Knight LLP’s New York office, where her practice focus was commercial real estate – including acquisitions and dispositions, and construction and permanent mortgage and equity financings. Ms. Gupta graduated from University of Warwick (U.K.), with a B.A. with Honors in Law and Sociology and attended BPP Law School (U.K.), and is admitted to the New York State Bar and as a barrister, Lincoln’s Inn, London U.K.
