Dimitri Jordan is a Senior Associate on our Retail Services team. Dimitri has over 34 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, as well as investment sales, appraisal, economic development, development of retail recruitment strategies and real estate development. His broad range of knowledge allows him to provide clients with a high level of expertise and experience, something extremely important when achieving the client-first core value we highly regard here at Partners. Prior to joining Partners, Dimitri served as a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he was a member of an investment sales team that closed over $400MM of retail properties in Houston, and specialized in multi-tenant retail properties between 10,000 and 100,000 sq. ft.
