Dimitri (Jimmy) Mouhteros

Jimmy completed a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning with a minor in Economics from Concordia University. He is an active member of several community organizations and charities, including the Hellenic Board of Trade in Montréal and the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association. Prior to becoming a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Jimmy was a leading Research Analyst for one of the largest multinational commercial real estate firms. Jimmy was responsible for analyzing and appraising the economic conditions in the Greater Montréal Area (GMA) in primary and secondary markets. He was also responsible for publishing industry-leading reports, as well as spearheading larger, more extensive analyses with value-added market research and insights and zoning ordinances for corporate clients. Over the course of his career as a commercial real estate broker, he has transacted over 7 million square feet of industrial real estate valued at over $1 billion. He has garnered several honours and achievements, which led to being promoted to Vice-President at his previous firm. Jimmy’s extensive skill set and in-depth market knowledge enable him to transact seamlessly and routinely exceed his clients' investment and strategic goals.
