Dillon Rudy

Dillon Rudy joined Blueprint in 2018 as one of the original members of the Analytics Team. As a Director, he uses financial modeling and market research analysis to formulate highly detailed valuation and investment materials on behalf of a wide range of owner/operator profiles and is also directly responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of the firms’ best-in-class market-facing offering materials. Dillon prides himself on his work ethic, direct and organized communication style, ability to lead by example, and eagerness to tackle complex projects regardless of size & profile. He graduated from the DePaul University Driehaus College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, where he also gained experience as a private equity intern at a Chicago-based fund focused on seniors housing & care investments. He maintains brokerage licensure with the IL Department of Financial Regulation (Illinois License #475188063), is an avid golfer and platform tennis player, a die-hard Chicago Bears fan, and the proud father of a Golden Retriever named Maverick.
