As a Director in the company’s Manhattan office, he actively pursues new business opportunities and specializes in owner and tenant representation and retail consulting services. Before joining RIPCO, Dillon was in residential sales and leasing at The Corcoran Group, where he helped buyers, sellers, renters, and investors with their real estate needs. Dillon’s innovative and imaginative perspective allows him to provide a unique real estate marketing and digital-first approach. His in-depth digital marketing knowledge adds value to landlord and tenant marketing by concentrating on concept development, site selection, and canvassing efforts. Dillon has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. He grew up helping his parents with their catering and restaurant business, learning the importance of hard work, hospitality, and building solid relationships with clients while meeting demanding needs. Originally from Livingston, NJ, Dillon graduated from the University of Tampa, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from the Sykes College of Business. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and New Jersey. Outside of work, Dillon loves to wake up early to exercise every morning. He also enjoys traveling, spending time with his dog Barkley, and trying new restaurants around the city at any chance.
