Dillon Hurley

Dillon oversees sourcing, evaluating, and closing acquisitions, sourcing debt capital, and directing asset management, leasing, and investor reporting. At Headwall, he manages over 250,000 square feet of retail space and, since the firm’s inception, has closed over $90 million in acquisitions. Before joining Headwall, Dillon was an Associate at Avison Young’s Houston office, focused on tenant and landlord representation for office, retail, and medical assets in the Houston MSA. Dillon began his career as a Research Analyst for Retail Solutions (now Resolute). Dillon graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in the College of Liberal Arts and a minor in the McCombs Business Foundations program. Dillon is on pace to achieve a CCIM designation in 2024.
