Dillard Townley
Dillard Townley, a recently licensed real estate agent and Athens native, brings two years of experience in timber property acquisition and triple-net investment opportunities all over the state of Georgia to his new role in commercial real estate. His market specialties include timber property purchases and NNN lease and ground lease purchases in the retail sector. He joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty team as a licensed agent in October of 2019. Dillard brings a youthful perspective to the local commercial real estate industry and looks forward to applying his transaction experience as a brokerage associate with our team. In his free time, Dillard enjoys running, swimming, biking, and participating in triathlons - he has even participated in a 50K ultra marathon! His community involvement includes membership in SORBA (Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association) and participation in volunteer work in Honduras.
