Diane has 30 years of experience in the real estate divisions of national and international companies including Verizon Communications, Jones Lang LaSalle, Baker & McKenzie, and CLW Real Estate Services Group. she also has experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and brokering sales & leasing of commercial property in Florida, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Texas. Diane is the former Vice President of Leasing and Land Development for Schroeder Manatee Ranch, Inc. (SMR), the owner/developer of the 33,000-acre master-planned Lakewood Ranch community. The land sales resulted in the development of over 4 million square feet of professional office space, mixed-use, medical, and retail space in the Lakewood Ranch Corporate, Business, and Commercial Parks.
