Diane Kurtzman is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Travelers. Before taking on that position in 2020, she was Senior Vice President leading the Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition organizations. Since joining Travelers in 1991, Diane has worked in senior Human Resources roles for just about every area of the company, including Legal, Government Relations, International, Bond & Specialty Insurance, Field Management, Travelers Institute, Investments, Administrative Services and Finance. Diane serves as a board member for the Travelers Foundation. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brooklyn College.
