Diana Anderson

I specialize in find good investment opportunities and helping support the project from beginning to end. For more than 20 years, I have worked in commercial real estate with a particular focus on development, redevelopment, value-add opportunities, investment analysis, acquisitions, dispositions and negotiation. My strength is looking beyond a property's current condition or use to understand what it could become, and whether the economics support making that vision a reality. I obtained my CCIM designation in 2001. Throughout my career, I have repeatedly identified properties and opportunities that others had overlooked. I've found development opportunities that clients weren't actively seeking, recognized alternative uses for properties that had struggled to sell or remained largely vacant, and helped investors and developers reposition assets to create additional value. My experience extends across office, retail, industrial, hospitality and investment properties, as well as development and residential projects. I have worked directly with owners, investors, developers and builders, and I understand real estate from both the brokerage and ownership perspectives. I have also personally invested in and developed real estate. I have taken projects from land acquisition and planning through development and ultimately the sale of the finished product. This experience gives me an investor's perspective as well as a broker's perspective. I approach real estate with an investor's mindset: What is the property really worth? What is preventing it from reaching its potential? What does the market need? What risks are being overlooked? And where is the opportunity to create value? I am comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, negotiating difficult situations, developing relationships and being accountable for results. I am open to opportunities where my experience in commercial real estate, property analysis, development, redevelopment, investment analysis, valuation and negotiation can create meaningful value for owners, investors, developers or real estate companies.
