Dexter Rumsey

Dexter has demonstrated his success as one of the firm’s “Top Producing Agents” since 2012. He is recognized as a Costar Power Broker and now continues to focus on solving problems for his clients through his vast knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry, specifically in South Carolina. He began his commercial real estate career in Charleston in 1999 and specializes in land sales and investment properties, including site-selection for companies seeking to expand their portfolio in the Charleston market. Dexter played a key role in opening the NAI Avant office in Charleston in 2010 and helped build the company’s revenue in double-digit growth over its seven-year existence. In August 2017, Dexter joined Thomas Boulware, David Ingle and David Grubbs as the founding partners of NAI Charleston.
