Devin Schmidt

Devin Schmidt has been active with Cornerstone Realty Inc since he began pursuing his commercial real estate career in 2014. As a native Floridian, he has experienced the vast growth that has occurred in South Florida first hand, and has had the pleasure of joining an industry that thrives on it. Devin has focused mostly on Industrial and Office transactions throughout his career, but has also been involved in medical, retail, and land transactions as well. He oversees the management and leasing of a portfolio of office, industrial, and medical properties with their locations ranging from Broward to St Lucie County. He also serves clients through acting as a Buyer and Tenant representative in varying capacities. Devin has been a member of the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance since he joined the industry back in 2014, and has served as a director for several years as well as participated on various committees within the association.
