Devin Morris

Devin is the Chief Operating Officer at Alturas Capital Partners. His primary focus is handling the day-to-day operations of the company and working closely with the team to maximize the potential of the Fund and its underlying assets. Before Alturas, Devin served as a Vice President for Zions Bank in Boise, Idaho where he managed a loan portfolio comprised of multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President for Wells Fargo in Richmond, VA. He holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University as well as a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Devin and his wife live in Boise, Idaho with their four children. He is a faithful BYU and Clemson alum who also enjoys travel, the outdoors, and following the English Premier League.
