Devin Guilliams

Devin Guilliams is an office and industrial specialist who focuses his attention in the central portion of the Florida real estate market. Devin started his real estate career assisting asset managers with the valuation of $13.2 billion worth of office and industrial real estate throughout the United States. Since coming to Marcus & Millichap, Devin has proven himself to be a tenacious sales associate and is an expert in market fundamentals within his specialty, using these skills to maximize value for his clients. From January 2019 to present, Devin has closed over $19,000,000.00 in office and industrial real estate and was the Senior's Choice Award Recipient in 2019. Before going into real estate, Devin obtained a master's degree concentrating in international finance and economics at Columbia University in the City of New York. While at Columbia, Devin was awarded a teaching fellowship that sent him to Rio de Janeiro for a year where he spearheaded the set up and launch of an executive education program in partnership with Columbia University’s Global Center of Excellence in Brazil. Devin is a 2008 alumnus of Texas A&M and is a Distinguished Military Graduate. His professional career began when he took an active duty commission with the U.S. Army as an infantry officer and served two tours of service in Iraq in 2009-2010 and again in 2011. He lives with his family in south Tampa.
