Desmond Duguay

After graduating college Desmond began cementing his foundation in the real estate industry as a Loan Officer with American Mortgage Market, Inc. and later helping build Amnet Realty from the ground up as he transitioned from a Loan Officer to successful Realtor. Desmond remains within the top individual Realtors in the State of Maine. Desmond has represented the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors as President and Treasurer for the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors. While Desmond has a strong passion for the real estate industry, he also has a deep love for his family and his wife Amy Duguay, a local kindergarten teacher at Turner Primary School. Desmond and Amy have been blessed with their two children, Brooks and Remi. When Desmond takes a break from helping his clients achieve the “American Dream”, he and his family enjoy soaking in all that the beautiful State of Maine has to offer. From skiing with friends at Sugarloaf, to snowmobiling and hunting in remote areas of Northern Maine, Desmond and Amy live life to the fullest and appreciate each day they have together in this wonderful state.
