Not only is this my dream job, but I absolutely love helping people plain and simple. Whether helping my buyers find that perfect home that they love and fits their needs, personality and most importantly the budget. Or assisting my sellers with recommendations of what needs done to prepare their home or property for sale to get the most money. Helping my clients invest in a property or several properties and all the negotiations. Honestly, a good realtor is about being a smart negotiator on all levels and that is what I love to do. Also, setting the expectations and communicating well which can minimize the stress for both buyers and sellers. I began my amazing career in 2004 of my home state, the truly beautiful Gem State of Idaho. After 5 years we took off on adventure to Fairbanks, Alaska. I have some fun and wild stories! Looking back, it was the adventure of a lifetime. Since 2013 I have been here in the sunny Bakersfield area enjoying all the beauty this great state has to offer. I have made tons of great friends, helped many clients who are now friends too. I can't wait to put my experience to work for you!
