Following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts from University of Guelph, close to ten years experience in ICI construction with one of Canada’s prominent General Contractors Derek entered into the world of Real Estate Sales. After successfully working in the single-residential sector and being recognized nationally as a top agent within Royal LePage, Derek ventured into, commercial real estate and investment sales. He mentored and trained by his father in-law, a 40 yr Broker who specialized in multi-family sales. With this, Derek applies his knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate sector starting from the ground up.
