Derek joined Sleiman’s leasing team in 2020 after graduating locally from the University of North Florida. He was recognized as a 2021 CoStar Top Retail Leasing Broker for his success in filling vacancies in the Mandarin, Fleming Island, Southside/Baymeadows, St. Johns and Westside portions of the Sleiman Portfolio. Currently, Derek works with the leasing team with a focus on the existing Sleiman portfolio.
