Derek Foster

Derek Foster is an associate broker with The Summit Group. He graduated Liberty University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and acquired his Georgia Real Estate License in 2016. Derek also worked with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for 17 years where he held many leadership positions and was able to obtain many certifications to include those in supervision and management. He is a member of the Central Georgia Board of Realtors and serves on various committees within the community raising support for those in need. Derek is a high energy positive force to be around. He is passionate about working with commercial real estate clients and seeks to perform at the highest levels possible while maintaining an unprecedented level of professionalism and integrity. His experience with commercial real estate transactions and financing, along with real estate investment consulting, new construction sales, REO, real estate marketing, and real estate contract negotiations make him uniquely qualified to handle any real estate transactions necessary.
