Derek Bestreich

Principal and Founding Partner of IPRG, Derek Bestreich, is a leading NYC investment sales broker specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and development site asset sales. Derek oversees a team of thirty brokers who have sold over 1,000 properties for over $4 billion. Since 2009, Derek has underwritten thousands of NYC properties. A wide variety of clients leverage his expertise on optimal pricing and positioning strategies and best practices for selling investment real estate assets throughout the Greater New York City area. Before founding IPRG, Derek earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and was Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. Derek and his family live in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
