Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Anthony served as Senior Vice President, Brokerage at Partners, and then Mr. Anthony served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Brokerage at The Woodmont Company, a full-service commercial broker agency. Mr. Anthony has over 25 years of experience, managing over $100 million quotas and working with multi-billion-dollar corporations. His attention to detail, knack for people skills, and allowing his clients to feel comfortable with their largest investment regardless of size has made Mr. Anthony an outstanding contributor to Dallas’ commercial real estate scene. Derek comes from a tremendous corporate background in sales, marketing, operations, P&L, and negotiation skills and is well-connected throughout the DFW Metroplex with all the major players in town, personally and professionally.
